Sevilla’s veteran defender Fernando Navarro discovered this during his side’s 3-0 win over Elche at the weekend, during which he was caught short on the bench. A teammate took the quantifiable risk of getting splash-back on the inside of his jacket by helping to shield Navarro’s shame as he drained the main vein.
