According to Marseille, Abou Diaby has “agreed in principle” to join the club, which is a clear vote of confidence for their medical facilities and staff.

PSG achieve Zlatan history by completing domestic quadruple
PSG beat second division side Auxerre 1-0 in the Coupe de France final to complete the country’s first ever domestic quadruple, having also won the Ligue 1 title, the Coupe de la Ligue, and the Trophee des Champions. Though Zlatan Ibrahimovic was prevented from scoring himself, leaving him three goals shy of Pauleta’s club record 109 career goals at the end of the season, he was still downright giddy over the achievement.
Referee tries to withhold match ball from Zlatan, ultimately fails
Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored a hat trick in PSG’s 3-1 win against Lorient last Friday and after the match, he asked the referee for the ball, as is customary. The ref bravely refused to hand it over, though, forcing Zlatan to ask him for it again in the tunnel.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic goes on referee rant after PSG loss
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was furious after PSG’s 3-2 loss to Bordeaux, in which he scored both of his side’s goals. After walking off the pitch with his teammates, Zlatan shouted at a match official and said, “Played 15 years, never seen refereeing this shit country. Don’t even deserve PSG in this country.”
Marseille goalkeeper catches bottle thrown at him, offers reporter interviewing him a drink
While being interviewed after winning 6-1 at Toulouse, Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda proved that he is without a doubt the smoothest dude alive. As he answered a question, both Mandanda and the reporter noticed a projectile coming their way — presumably thrown by an angry Toulouse supporter. And Mandanda demonstrated why he was a part of France’s 2014 World Cup squad by coolly catching the bottle with one hand and, without missing a beat, offering the reporter a drink.
They should stop filming the next James Bond film and make one about Steve Mandanda instead.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s new tattoos actually part of campaign against world hunger
When Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored in PSG’s 2-2 draw against Caen on Saturday, he solemnly removed his shirt to reveal that his body appeared to be covered in more tattoos than usual. The new body art was all names and the sheer amount of them prompted jokes from some viewers. Others, meanwhile, scolded him for getting a yellow card for the seemingly frivolous offense, since it earned him a suspension from PSG’s upcoming match against Monaco for yellow card accumulation. But it turns out Zlatan did this for a good and selfless cause.
PSG’s Chelsea jokes backfire. Again.
PSG have been able to buy a lot of things, but successful banter apparently isn’t one of them. Up 2-0 in the 87th minute of their Ligue 1 match against Caen, the club’s official English language Twitter account decided to prod upcoming Champions League opponents Chelsea with a reference to parking the bus.

In the 84th minute of Marseille’s 1-1 draw at Rennes, midfielder Mario Lemina decided to punish Ola Toivonen for forming a human canopy above him by punching the Rennes goal scorer square in the balls. Lemina was shown a red card for this and Toivonen was also booked.
Don’t punch people in the balls.
This has been the Dirty Tackle of the Day: a chronicling of unfortunate events.
“You know better football than me?”: Zlatan toys with reporter who asks about Cavani relationship
Not content with just making the referee in PSG’s 1-0 win over Rennes submit to his will, Zlatan Ibrahimovic also made a Dutch journalist dance for him after the game. The reporter asked about rumors about Zlatan and Edinson Cavani not getting along on or off the pitch and Zlatan did not appreciate this. But rather than just walk away from the question, Zlatan stayed and batted him around like a bored lion with a bloodied gazelle.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic makes the ref come to him
The first rule of plane of existence is that Zlatan is in charge. This is an indisputable fact. To defy this rule is to make the most dangerous of enemies. Thankfully, the referee in PSG’s Ligue 1 match against Rennes was aware of this, so when Zlatan refused to approach him when he asked him to, he relented and went to Zlatan instead.
