Special Oktoberfest themed kits are becoming something of a tradition for the Munich clubs and 1860’s latest offering might be the most ridiculous yet. With the top made to look like a green vest (complete with fake buttons) and the now standard faux lederhosen shorts, Macron have set a new bar with this one.

Puma release Mario Balotelli kids boots with fuzzy mohawks on them
Mario Balotelli is having a hard time finding a place to play football at the moment, as Liverpool have frozen him out and no other clubs are making big offers to save him. But that hasn’t stopped Puma from using his name, hairstyle, and catch phrase to market a new line of products to children.
Spanish club launches ham themed away kit
A few years ago, a Spanish third division club gained international attention by launching a broccoli themed away kit. The idea came from the fact that broccoli was one of the region’s top exports (excessive drug use was probably a major factor too). Well, now the kitmaker that brought you La Hoya Lorca’s “Clockwork Broccoli” kit has a new food based offering for CD Guijuelo: the ham kit.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been teasing his first cologne for months and now it has a commercial to push the excitement for the new product into a surreal new dimension. Newly signed Chelsea goalkeeper Asmir Begovic tweeted a special gift he received from EA Sports, who apparently felt he needed something to help him pass the time while he watches Thibaut Courtois all season. The gift was a copy of the new Rory McIlroy PGA Tour golf video game, but with one strange difference.
Compare the image from his tweet to a standard image of the game and see if you can spot it…
Man City’s 2015/16 away shirt has moon sleeves
MOON SLEEVES! Man City’s new away shirt features a “lunar print” on the sleeves inspired by “Blue Moon,” the club’s anthem. There isn’t really much more one can say about it, other than, well…moon sleeves.
