A Red Bulls II player who was sent off during a USL match against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds ended up having to be taken away on a stretcher after being kicked in the back. With the Red Bulls up 3-1 late in the game, a scuffle broke out, resulting in New York’s Karl Ouimette and Pittsburgh’s Romeo Parkes both getting red cards. Presumably figuring that he had nothing left to lose, Parkes kept jawing at Ouimette as he walked off before kicking him in the back like Leonidas in 300.

Saturday was a great day for every member of Leicester City, but for defender Ritchie De Laet, it was doubly great.
Leicester City lift Premier League trophy, so I guess this is definitely real
After beating Everton 3-1, Leicester City were presented with the Premier League trophy and no one announced that this season has been an elaborate YouTube prank, so this seems to definitely be a true thing that has happened within the confines of what we believe to be reality.
These pictures have not been photoshopped. They are actually of Claudio Ranieri and his players lifting the Premier League trophy, an item that currently belongs to them fair and square.
Andrea Bocelli delivers spine-tingling performance before Leicester match
Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli fulfilled his promise to Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri by performing at the King Power Stadium ahead of the Premier League champions’ match against Everton. While fans drank free beer and ate free pizza and special “Salt and Victory” flavored snacks provided by the club’s sponsors, Bocelli got the day’s festivities off to a dramatic start by singing “Nessun Dorma” and “Con Te Partiro” with Ranieri at his side.
Leicester’s incredible season made them a lot more popular in FIFA 16
Not even Jamie Vardy’s racist ranting could impede Leicester City’s rise to becoming the champions of everyone’s hearts on their journey to winning a Premier League title that was almost more science fiction than fairytale.
The club’s explosion in popularity this season is perhaps most quantifiable in FIFA 16 and EA Sports has put together an infographic to illustrate the dramatic rise of the club and their two standout players.
Odd theory claims Liverpool are more than just Jurgen Klopp
Everyone knows that Liverpool’s recent success is all down to the club being awarded victories for Jurgen Klopp’s hugs, celebrations, and funny press conferences, but a crackpot new theory maintains that an entire staff and squad of players have also contributed.
Zidane switched to bigger pants to avoid tearing them again
In an interview with BT Sport ahead of the second leg of Real Madrid’s Champions League semifinal against Man City, Zidane was asked about his recent streak of trouser trouble. During each of his club’s two previous European matches, Zidane tore his pants wide open, prompting the unusual question about the fit of his clothing.Β And though he admitted that he wasn’t able to change his tailor, he did make a significant adjustment.
Future News: UEFA hires extra security to handle Zidane and Simeone at Champions League final
With the 2016 Champions League final now set to be a rematch of the 2014 final between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, UEFA has announced plans to employ an unprecedented level of security at the match in order to protect everyone from managers Zinedine Zidane and Diego Simeone.
Leicester are UFC champions now, too
We won the fight for the title…
So our friends at @ufc sent us a special title belt to celebrate π#havingaparty pic.twitter.com/U0QinO4M4W

The titles keep rolling in for Leicester City. The manner in which they won the Premier League crown was apparently so impressive that other sporting organizations have declared them champions, as well. One of which is UFC, who sent Leicester a special title belt. Have Man United, Man City, or Chelsea received a UFC belt for winning the Premier League? Nope.
Man City didn’t really feel like playing in the Champions League final
“I didn’t even touch him β he just laid down and started snoring, I swear.”
Man City didn’t seem terribly interested in reaching the club’s first ever Champions League final as they sleepwalked to letting Real Madrid advance on a 1-0 aggregate score. The one being a Fernando own goal in the 20th minute of the second leg. City also had just one shot on target in each leg. So you can’t even say “at least they tried” because they kind of didn’t.
